Machine Service, Support and Training Our experienced Service Technicians
are intensely trained at production headquarters, and are supported in the field
by a staff of skilled engineers and technical grinding experts. In addition to
24-hr emergency service, 7 days a week, they provide machine repair and routine
maintenance. In addition to providing machine service, our Service Technicians
provide on-site training of operators and maintenance staff, customized training,
retrofits and production support. Off-site classroom and "hands-on"
training is also available the Pineville, North Carolina facility. Tele-Service
Modern technology on Bahmueller machines enables preliminary evaluation
of machine condition and performance of select repairs and adjustments from a
remote location. Built-in display functions and diagnostics programs assist our
technical experts to efficiently identify and resolve occasional problems, minimizing
any downtime. Spare Parts Handling To support peak efficiency of
your operations, our facility warehouses many wear and spare parts, and continuously
locates domestic spare parts sources to ensure quickest delivery and competitive
