Locating in a ,V-block fixture No workpiece spindle
head, no tailstock A well-proven work holding fixture where the workpiece is located
on diamond (or carbide) inserts and driven against an axial deadstop by rollers
set at an angle. Loading / unloading workpieces into the V-block fixture
via high speed loading device. The machine axes can be configured and set-up
to meet your exact requirements. The BAHMUELLER modular design enables
us to divide the X- and Z-axis in two independent axes or X- and Z-axis could
be configured as a cross slide system. The X- axis for external grinding
has the flexibility to swivel between 0 and 30 degrees. BAHMUELLER incorporates
hydrodynamic and hydrostatic guide systems as part of the machine construction.
The use of absolute linear encoders (glass scales) allows exact positioning
within 0,0001mm. Multiple grinding tools are mounted on top of the axes
for processing of several features in one single clamping. The external
grinding spindle head can be equipped with a single or stacked configuration.
The slides for internal grinding can be fitted with 1 or 2 high-frequency
spindles. |
